City & Guilds Entry Level Extended Award in Employability Skills (Entry 3)

Course content

This course is delivered as part of Adult Education Budget who need some workplace skills before they can progress into the career of their choice. The course covers skills like timekeeping and standards of behaviour in the workplace. Through coaching and some work experience, you’ll develop the attitude, skills and personal strengths needed for learning and work.

Other topics covered include personal finance, effective communication, IT skills, and how to apply for a job. You can also get help with interview skills and development in maths and English. Teamwork, safety in the workplace, citizenship and a student project are also part of the course.

Costs and funding

This course is funded through Liverpool City Region Adult Education Budget funding.
