At Mode, we are passionate about giving back and strengthening our community. That’s why we are proud to collaborate with An Hour for Others (AHFO), a local charity dedicated to bringing people together to create positive change through love, unity, and kindness.
Most recently, we partnered with AHFO to deliver DJ and hairdressing workshops for young people during school holidays. Now, we are expanding our support by offering free hairdressing services to AHFO’s client group.
This initiative benefits everyone involved. It provides much-needed support to those in the community while giving our apprentices hands-on experience with a diverse range of clients. By working with different hair types and styles, they gain essential skills while also making a difference.
At Mode, we believe in inclusivity, professional growth, and social responsibility. This partnership embodies those values, and we look forward to continuing our work with AHFO to create a lasting impact.
Suzie Cain, Hub Manager at AHFO, said:
“Our partnership with organisations like Mode is truly invaluable. Christine, who joined me at the salon today, left feeling pampered, relaxed, and empowered to take on whatever life throws her way.”
Michael Flood, Head of Hairdressing at Mode, said:
“This initiative is a win-win—our apprentices gain valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients, while also giving back to the local community.”
