Tailored programmes of support
Our learners come from a variety of backgrounds with different needs and abilities. We offer each student an individually-tailored programme of support. This might include:
- Specialist help with maths and English
- Arranging work placements with a small company with close staff support
- Attending health case conference meetings
- Comprehensive mental health support services available
Throughout their training, each learner has access to additional support from Mode Training as and when required.
Specialist support staff
Mode employs specialist staff to support learners with disabilities or learning difficulties. Staff include:
- Learning Support Mentor
- Designated Safeguarding Leads
- Mental Health First Aiders
- Readers
- Writers
Equipment and facilities
Our training centre has good disabled access and specialist equipment if required:

Additional support equipment can be obtained on request, this will be agreed at interview and when your individual learning plan is completed.
