“MTL leaders set high expectations and have a clear vision for the development of the company. They succeed in meeting their aim to be a high-quality, inclusive provider of courses for vulnerable young people and adults. Consequently, the provision meets the needs of Liverpool City Region’s economy and its community. For example, they work very effectively with two local schools to design and deliver a hairdressing programme for young people aged 14 to 16.” – Ofsted June 2019
